Well this past weekend I went to my last college formal EVER!  Hard to believe that my days of nice dresses and crazy themes are coming to an end...  I went up with my boyfriend and all of his fraternity brothers to Chicago this past Saturday and we had an excellent time!!  We left early afternon and made it up in time to go out to eat for a late lunch.  We chose to go to Ed Debevic's, an old diner style restaurant where the waiters and waitresses actually yell at you.  It may sound harsh, but it's fun and definitely makes the customers laugh!  And the food is GREAT!  We all had milkshakes and so much food that by the time the dinner came around for the dance we were too stuffed to eat much. 

The dance was held in a hotel ballroom so there was plenty of room to dance around and things to look at.  The view from one of the rooms upstairs was of the "Wayne Tower Buliding" that is seen in the latest Batman movie!!  Overall we just danced the night away and had a great time.  As I looked around one last time at all my friends at the end of the dance, it was bittersweet.  I've certainly had some great times in college and especially at all of the dances I've gotten to attend. 

After all of the excitement it's been back to the real world this week.  Maybe it's a good thing, because I haven't even had a chance to realize that graduation is barely more than a month away!  Only four weeks left of classes!!  Okay, enough of discussing that, it's terrifying...  I had a huge marketing project due this week though so that is what the first part of my week has been devoted to.  I created a "suitcase" out of a box and put my notebook in it with all of my information.  My theme was beach, so as you opened the suitcase it even played music!  Hopefully my professor thinks it's as cute as I do.  :)

This weekend I am in a Queen competition for Delta Tau Delta's Trike philanthropy events.  Yikes!!  So I've been trying to figure out what in the world I want to wear, what I want to say, what my talent will be...  Let's just say, I think I've come up with something cute, so we'll see.  :)  All right though, on that note I must go continue my crafting!!  Phew!!  And I keep managing to forget, but I do actually have an exam tomorrow as well.  Oops!  I need to study!  Here goes another long night...  I guess there is only a few more weeks of these though so I can't complain at all.  G'bye for now!!
