I think that it is very nice that the mascot of BU is actually REAL for once. I mean, BSU has a fake cardinal, PU had a train engine...I think that having a real mascot is a true advantage for a school.

Blue, I KNOW you've got to be disappointed at the NCAA's decision to seed Butler at no. 7 in the tournament. Why do you suppose this happened? I've got nothin'! WHEN we make it past the first round, do ya think we can whoop those Volunteers? Do you bet on games?

Also, your b-day is coming up...any big plans? You should talk your dad into takin' ya to Disney World or somethin'!

Being a feline, I live by the motto "Cats Rule; Dogs Drool". For the past couple of years, I've heard a lot about you from my brother and mother. My brother (Jeff '08) works at the HRC and talks about you all the time. He likes to play with you while your dad works out. And my mother (Bonnie), she's president of Butler's Parent Council. She wears Butler shirts and has Bulldog stuff all over the house. My family has definitely gone to the dogs! As far as I'm

concerned, the only good thing about the Bulldogs is game day! I'm a lap cat extraordinaire, and a televised basketball game guarantees me two hours of lap time with my mother. Things changed a couple of weeks, ago, though. I started to hear about your blog, and all the great things you get to do for Butler. Then my mother told me about the

webcam! Bully for you! Perhaps it's time for me to make an exception, and admit that you rule, too. I hope the webcam doesn't give my mother ideas about installing one at home so she can watch me during the day.
