After what seemed like an endless number of days with temperatures in the 80s and 90s, it FINALLY feels like Fall today! Fall at Butler is a great time--all the leaves are changing, you get to break out the hoody, it even just smells differently. With two midterms behind me (both of which I think were successful...we'll see!), I'm finishing up some stuff for work today and then heading home. I'm stopping at Ball State to visit my best friend from high school, and then I'll go on to see the fam on Thursday. They call it "Reading Break" here, but hopefully the majority of the reading I do will be for fun!
Between work, classes, midterms, Homecoming, and my sorority's philanthropy event, it's been crazy busy, and about to get busier! Geneva Stunts is an annual skit competition between all of the houses that takes place over Family Weekend at the end of October, and I found out last night that I have one of the main speaking parts in our skit! It's exciting; I miss plays and drama club from high school, but we're going to have some intense practicing coming up. My house has a reputation for winning these kinds of things, so we'll see if we can live up to it this year!
OH! I almost forgot! I applied for graduation recently....ahhh!!!!
