ha, get your mind out of the gutter.
Quick update: Initiation was this past weekend, which is a really special time for any sorority, so that was a lot of fun. Sunday marked the last chapter meeting that I am required to attend for my collegiate career, and my fellow Seniors and I decided to make it as memorable as possible by dressing up as our own version of the Spice Girls. We had everything from "Pharm Tard Spice" to "Shiny Spice" to "Fair Queen Spice." It was a TON of fun, but definitely a bit sentimental since it was the last one.
I'm getting pumped for China; I really can't wait to start packing! My mom brought me a massive suitcase a couple weeks ago, and I love organizing, so I'm literally looking forward to it. I know, I'm a dork.
Today I was offered membership in Beta Gamma Sigma, which is the national honor society for accredited business programs. Apparently, it's kind of a big deal, so that's exciting for me! Less than 350 business programs are accredited in the U.S. (out of 1,400), and Butler is one of them. In order to be considered for membership in Beta Gamma Sigma, you have to be in the upper 10% of the graduating class. So wooooo hooooooo for that!
I have a group paper due Thursday night, a presentation (has to be memorized!) on Wednesday, and I'm supposed to have another paper due Friday, but I actually submitted it over the weekend when I finished it! So I have a couple of things on my plate still, and between assignments, classes, and work, this week is going to fly by. I'll be jetting to China before I know it!
