Well I hope everyone had a great Christmas last week! I spent it with my mom this year and we always have a great time. A few days before Christmas we stopped by a little village out near where she lives. It's called Acadiana Village. It's a nice little piece of history hidden away about 20 minutes from her apartments. When we went to the shops and rides weren't open, but we still got to walk around a little.

We plan on going back when it's open before I go back to New Orleans. I had taken a few pictures of our little adventure, but my camera isn't connecting properly to my computer so I have to wait till I get back to Butler and use my card reader.
