Haha, sounds good!  I am heading to bed.  We did a fondue/Wii party tonight and I just finished cleaning up the chocolate fountain. Good times. We'll have to do it again sometime when we can find a good date for all the Bloggers.  By then it might be time to grill out though!  Good night!

Do I have to live in Ross if I have allergies? I heard there is some air conditioned rooms somewhere on campus if you have documentation for needing it.

Yeah, there is.  Residential College (Resco) has air conditioning.  It is located right across the street from Ross, and is mostly a sophomore residence hall, but you're right that people with documented health issues can apply to live there.  I think the people in the Residence Life office can help you out with this, but if you have trouble finding the right people to contact, let us know!

So basically you have a choice to live in an apartment on campus your sophmore year?

Hey Jen! Yes, that is an option.  Most sophomores choose to live in Residential College (Resco) which is a suite-style residence hall (sets of two rooms with two people each that share a bathroom in the middle). Sophomores can also live in University Terrace apartments, but that building does have limited space.

    I have a few questions.

    1. Does all the campus housing have computer labs?
    2. Are you alound to have pets in the campus housing and if so what types?
    3. What comes in the dorm when you first move in, just beds and desks?
    4. Does Ross have Air Condioning?
    5. Are the bathrooms also shared in Ross, or is there one for each room?

    Hey,

    1) All of the dorms have computer labs (Schwitzer, Ross, Resco).  I am not positive about the Apt. Village - they might have one in the Dawg House, which is like the central building over there where they have laundry facilities and a convenience store and other stuff.

    2) I think the standard answer is no, but I know some people have fish.

    3) Bed, desk, dresser, trash can and curtains.

    4) Nope, Schiwitzer and Ross do not have air conditioning.  Resco does, though.

    5) Bathrooms are communal for Ross and Schwitzer, and suite style (one for every two rooms) in Resco.

Hope this helps! Let us know if you have any other questions.

Dorms are a lot of fun.  Freshman and sophmore year I was in the dorms and I miss it a little bit.

I sit in my dorm most days watching tv online
