Welllll... you're going to be living with all girls either way. Even in Ross, all the girls are together on one separate floor. The only difference is that in Ross there are guys on the floors below you, and it's going to be rowdier down there on the weekends and whatnot. My philosophy was always "Hang out and have fun at Ross... come back to Schwitzer for a quiet place to sleep." I didn't want to have to put up with the loudness and messiness of boys in my building. That said, Ross is very fun and my best friend is going to be a Ross RA next year and she's the COOLEST! : ) Oh, I guess the only other difference is location... if you live in Schwitz you are closer to dinner, Starbucks, and most classes (you can get to classes in Jordan Hall in literally about 60 seconds. I might know this from experience haha. Ross is closer to the library and kind of to Lilly Hall, but otherwise I think Schwitzer's location is better.
I don't really think you can go wrong, though. I think Ross is more like the movie-version of college where there are guys playing golf in the hall at 3 am whereas Schwitzer is a little more chill, but a really great living situation every day of the week where there are always lots of people around up and people are very friendly.
