What type of Cable for TV?

I'll have to let you know once I dig it out of my room!  Does anyone know what type of cable we need to hook up our t.v's to the cable jacks?

I think you just answered your own question.  There just standard cable jacks so just cable cord or if you want to get technical F-Type coaxial cables for most types of tv's

Whoops, I moved this right as niwenndomiel responded so it didn't get moved over!! Here is the response that got left behind:

Thanks, I figured it was a standard type of cable, but when it comes to some of the technical jargon I can be somewhat challenged.

Fritter is right on.  If it looks like this, you're good to go:

So what do we need to connect our computers to the internet in the dorms?

    Re: Computers

You'll need a CAT5/ethernet/internet cable for that (it goes by any of these names in a store)

Areas of the dorms will also allow you to connect wirelessly.  I believe 75% of our campus is wireless at last check.

Ya were about up to 75% and we keep adding more access points it's just hard with the building layout.  Wireless and stone don't mix well Wink  Here is a complete list of the areas so far that have wireless    http://www.butler.edu/ir/index.aspx?pg=2158

Nope! No modems needed.  Just plug in with the CAT5 cord.
