I'll have to let you know once I dig it out of my room!  Does anyone know what type of cable we need to hook up our t.v's to the cable jacks?

I think you just answered your own question.  There just standard cable jacks so just cable cord or if you want to get technical F-Type coaxial cables for most types of tv's

So what do we need to connect our computers to the internet in the dorms?

 You'll need a CAT5/ethernet/internet cable for that (it goes by any of these names in a store)

Areas of the dorms will also allow you to connect wirelessly.  I believe 75% of our campus is wireless at last check.

Nope! No modems needed.  Just plug in with the CAT5 cord.
