    Hi,

    I'm trying to figure out what to buy for college, and I'd like to know if the halls have vacuum cleaners available for student use. I'd also like to ask if there are irons and ironing boards available in the laundry rooms.

    According to my handy dandy Housing Newsletter:

    Ironing Boards: Yes

    Irons: No

    Vacuums: Not likely (I bought one that is compact and can turn in to about 15 different things for about $20 - I doubt you'll need a Dyson for the dorm, unless you never clean.

     The halls do have vacuum cleaners availiable at the front desk for you to use.
