My home is just north of Kessler and west of Meridian Sts.    1600SF w/attached 2 car garage.    I'm looking for a roommate for the school year so through May, 09 only.    Got bit by the IRS in a BIG way this year and it eases my financial situation until summer, 09.

What you need to know if considering:

1. Male, so another male is probably going to work better than a female.  It is what it is.
2. Home is in good shape and clean.   You'll be in a good space. 
3. 2nd bedroom is already furnished but I can empty in lieu of your own.
4. Everything else remains in home so no move in of other furniture.   But you'll be free to take advantage of current furnishings throughout.
5. I own a cat and a parrot.   the parrot can be "vocal" in the AM..., natural for her breed.
6. $ 500/month and 1/2 utilities.   You'll likely be in the $675-$750 range each month
