Butler University

Just a quick question for any current butler people. I finished my application requirements a few months ago and was told by one of your admin personelle that Dec. 1st would be the day that they send out the acceptance/deny letters. I havent received mine yet and was just wondering if they do it person by person or if they just send out mass letters to everyone. Just been on edge lately about wondering about my status. Some help would greatly be appreciated. thanks

Hey Brasco! Great question! I'm sure many others are wondering the same thing.

We have not sent out any acceptance/deny letters yet, and plan to have them all sent out by the end of next week.   December 1st was the date that all applications for early admission were due, but we are holding all letters until we have everyone's decision ready this year.  Last year we did send them out as the decisions were made, so someone in the office might have been confused about the new method we're using this year.

ah thanks brad. that takes a load off my shoulders. i feel like a college kid that just finished finals lol. but now i can just wait til the letter comes.

To answer your question even further (even though Brad did a GREAT job;) we will be mailing out decisions on December 20th. So, be sure to be on the lookout sometime later on that week or beginning of next for your decision from Butler. Good luck with the rest of your semester and finals!!
