Butler University

I would have to say that Math IV (Trigonometry/Pre-Calculus) was the best. Right now, math is my tentative major. Anyone else?

Mine would have to be band or yearbook. I like working in yearbook, because I think it is something I enjoy. I am the business manager, and I think that is what I want to study in college. Band is fun. It all just depends on what we are doing. I love the people in it. I think if it wasnt for them I wouldnt be in it anymore.

I really loved AP Lit... now I am an English major! : )  But I also really enjoyed Biology, US History... and I appreciated that calculus was good for my mind... haha!

 Nicole, I also loved band and yearbook, and I have been able to keep up with both of those in college although they aren't my majors.  I totally agree with you... the people are what I loved most about band, both in high school and here at Butler.  That's where I met a bunch of my friends freshman year! I also had the opportunity to be editor-in-chief of the yearbook last year, which was a great opportunity.  Sidenote: Anyone who does yearbook...if you come to Butler, please think about joining yearbook! haha, sorry to recruit here but I just know we are always looking for qualified new freshmen for the staff : )

I loved my pre-calculus class last year! I'm kinda a math geek lol but I can't help it. And my ap calculus class this year is running a close second! But I'm also loving my accounting class right now!

Unfortunately, I come from a school that has 130 students max. We have no ap classes, but my Math V class is amazing. There are only three students in the class, so we get to set up our own schedule for tests. I am probably going to major in math with a minor in psychology.

Orchestra and English.  Music and language.  All of my friends would probably roll their eyes and say that's so Becca, but it's true!!!  I like being able to express myself via music and language.

Though I'm not crazy about English (writing papers makes me cringe lol), I have respect for those who can write beautifully. Same for music. I wish I could play an instrument, but unfortunately I don't have that talent, so I applaud those who do.

But I'm like that with math. Sometimes my friends are like "Sarah, stop with the math talk already, we don't know what you're talking about" lol I guess we all just have those certain subjects that we embrace. I'm also very into French. I'm in my fifth year (I started in 8th grade) and I really love the language. I hope to do study abroad to France while I'm in college so I can use my skills :) lol

My friends also hate that I love math, but whatever. I have taken four years of Spanish and grew up speaking mostly German, so I hope to travel and learn more languages, maybe French or Italian.

I love French!!  I've taken three years all ready.  I hope to continue perhaps into college.

Tu aimes le francais aussi? lol  Ma prof de francais est tres fou mais mon classe de francais est amuse et interessant. lol wow i always try to pop french phrases into my daily life. it's kinda funny when people hear u speak another language cuz they worry that you're talking about them even though you aren't lol
