can students bring their cars?

Every student can bring a car! Students just have to register their car through the Butler Police Department. This is an easy process and it only costs $35. Students even get to park in a lot outside of their residence hall, much closer than at many campuses.

Is it hard to get around if you don't have a car? Do most students have cars?

Most students do have cars. It's not really easy to get around without a car, because there's not a lot around Butler, but I know that a lot of people are really willing to give rides to those people who don't have cars.

I would agree with that - I didn't have a car for most of my freshman year, but my roommate and other friends did, so if I ever needed to go to the grocery store or anything I could usually find a ride! And even though I do have my car now, I hardly ever drive it. My friends are always willing to carpool to wherever we need to go, so we take turns carting everyone around! Great way to save gas! :)
