This year, however, we decided not to do extended family Christmas ON Christmas, but to have it on the 28th instead. When I first heard about this... I was pretty upset. I mean, this is tradition we're talking about breaking here! But then I realized that the split would result in not one, but TWO days full of family, games, food, presents, holiday cheer, etc. etc., which I guess actually makes me a pretty lucky kid. :)

Both of my Christmases were fantastic, but I was definitely sad to see my family leave this morning... not only because I rarely get to see them, but also because it marks the downfall of the Christmas season (which we all know I adore haha). Good news for you though: one of my big gifts this year was a new digital camera, which means several photos to put up on the blog!

Now I have just one more week of break left... then it's back to BU for panhellenic recruitment! As much as I'm savoring these last few days at home, I am VERY excited about recruitment week! It's hard to believe I've already been a Theta for an entire year... but I cannot wait to see so many new faces proudly wearing their greek letters on bid day!
