Season's greetings from the land of Jazz and seafood. This is our first Christmas that we are celebrating in the house since my dad fixed it up! The holidays these past few years really have made us grateful for what we have and for each other. It always surprises me what changes when I come back...

This was one of the girls who played volleyball in high school with me. I went back to visit and now she's teaching math!! Man, I'm getting old!

I snagged this picture of me and my younger cousin. I was giving her some advice about going to school out of state. Apparently the pie caught her eye instead of the camera! lol!

This is one of the oldest food markets in New Orleans. It closed after Katrina, but hopefully they'll open up again someday!
