They do not come with carpet but you can buy carpet on campus during Welcome Week pretty cheaply. There are certain restrictions on decorating - you can't do anything that will leave...

Schwitzer basically has walk in closets. They're AMAZING. You can fit your dresser in it and still stand inside there with the door shut. I miss it now that I don't live there anymore!!
